I really enjoyed the lovely welcoming and unique hotel.
Everything was beautiful, magnificent location short walk to the airport, museums, parks & plenty of restaurant options nearby and major attractions like the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum and Hyde Park, amiable staff. Deluxe king room with big bath tubs, had essentials required. The food was appetising with lots of choice!

The location was marvellous and stunning - ease of access to a famous museum. The hotel itself was in a nice area, just next door to a good restaurant. The deluxe king room I stayed in was compact with tv.
Some people working there were very arrogant.

Had central location close to many great restaurants. It was also so close to restaurant options and central London. The room I had was generally clean with TV, TV in the bath plus nice view.

Stylish place, fairly clean, great value. Affable, amicable staff towards all guests. Well-organised and reasonably large room with nice bed. Fantastic, stunning location in London, short walk to both South Kensington as well as all major tourists spots within London. Also, in the heart of London.

Marvellous and amazing location - very close to a famous museum. Set just next door to Hyde park and shops, South Kensington tube station, restaurants and shops and walking distance to the V & An and History museums and all the museums in the nice enough area. The deluxe king room with the shower, free mini bar-2 bottles of water, as example. Outstanding food and complimentary drinks.

The hotel had a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere, with plenty of rooms to relax in outside of our own. It felt like staying with friends.
Felt like they were family, no complaints.

We absolutely loved the hotel. It is a new one, furnished with an amazing stylish and comfortable furniture. The staffs are unbelievable: friendly, helpful and extremely polite. You feel there like you are at home. The bath in the room is marvellous so as the room as a whole.
You can hear the tube trains going under the hotel. It probably would not suit sleep-sensitive people. However, for us it was not an issue.

The hotel is perfectly located in South Kensignton close to everything, i.e. shopping, museums, etc. Queensgate is a very nice, upscale, yet a quiet area. The hotel is extremely well appointed and has a truly luxurious feel to it without the unnecessary bling that is so often used to make up for the lack of good taste. All in all, I would highly recommend the place.
Nothing really

Everything was perfect at this absolutely gorgeous hotel. Generally clean and luxurious units with incredible marbled bathrooms, free mini bar, as for instance, very very nice employees. Delicious food.
